Where is P-08 located?
- A Manual of Acupuncture (p. 380): Between the second and third metacarpal bones, proximal to the metacarpo-phalangeal joint, in a depression at the radial side of the third metacarpal bone.
- Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion (p. 201): At the center of the palm, between the 2nd and 3rd metacarpal bones, but close to the latter, and in the part touching the tip of the middle finger when a fist is made.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
