  • Bao Yin Jian (Sheng Di, Shu Di, Huang Qin, Huang Bai, Bai Shao, Shan Yao, Xu Duan, Gan Cao) + Di Yu, Qian Cao Gen, Huai Hua Mi

Modifications:

  • With very thick blood with bad smell: + Hong Teng, Yin Hua Teng, Bai Jiang Cao
  • With thirst: + Xuan Shen, Mai Men Dong, Tian Hua Fen

Blood Stagnation - Xue Yu

  • Tao Hong Si Wu Tang (Shu Di, Bai Shao, Chaun Xiong, Tao Ren, Hong Hua) + San Qi, Yi Mu Cao, Qian Cao. Or Shi Xiao San (Pu Huang, Wu Ling Zhi)

Modifications:

  • With abdominal pain: + Yan Hu Suo, Xiang Fu
  • With Blood Stagnation > heat: + Huang Qin/Bai, Mai Men Dong

Deficiency Cold - Deficiency Han
