Where is SI-17 located?
- A Manual of Acupuncture (p. 245): In the depression between the angle of the mandible and the anterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle.
- Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion (p. 172): Posterior to the angle of mandible, in the depression on the anterior border m. sternocleidomastoideus.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.7 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
