Indications:
- Gastric pain, vomiting, abdominal pain and distension, diarrhea, dysentery, borborygmus.
Pont Location:
- A Manual of Acupuncture: On the medial side of the foot, in the depression distal and inferior to the base of the first metatarsal bone.
- Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion: In the depression distal and inferior to the base of the 1st metatarsal bone, at the junction of the red and white skin.
Needling Method:
- Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.8 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
