- A Manual of Acupuncture (p. 339): In the depression between the medial malleolus and the Achilles tendon, level with the prominence of the medial malleolus.
- Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion (p. 192): In the depression between the tip of the medial malleolus and Achilles' tendon.
Puncture perpendicularly 0.3-0.5 inch. Moxibustion is applicable.
